Berto Salotti Product Guarantee and Quality - Returns

Berto Salotti guarantees the quality of its product and, specifically guarantees the resistance of the hard wood structure for 20 years, and the padding and upholstery for 2 years. The pull-out bed frame and mechanisms are guaranteed for two years.

The Buyer is required to report any visible defects of the products purchased through specific indication thereof in the delivery report which should be delivered to the Vendor countersigned, or no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of goods by registered mail with return receipt addressed to the office of FBS s.r.l., Via Consorziale dei Boschi, 20036 Meda. Any other defects which are not detected upon delivery shall be reported, within legal deadlines, exclusively in writing.

If, following prompt claim by the Buyer, the claimed defects are determined to exist, the Vendor shall be obliged to repair the supplied goods at its own expense and within a reasonable period to be assessed in relation to the circumstances of each case. In any case, the provisions of article 130 of Italian Legislative Decree n. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code) shall be applicable.
