Down-filled duvets are undeniably the best way of protecting yourself against the cold in bed. The main properties of down - softness, lightness and heat - form an ideal heat-insulating barrier.
The best down for filling is that of prevalently water birds. Berto Salotti presents its models in a beautiful bag which can be used to store the duvet when not in use during the summer months. FIBRE DUVETS
Duvets in non-allergenic fibre are becoming more and more common in our homes. Used instead of down, fibre ensures excellent performance both in terms of heat insulation and health/hygiene. Berto Salotti presents three models using as a container a highly practical "sailor" type bag which can be used either as a travel bag or sports bag. "SPRING" DUVET made of non-allergenic siliconed polyester fibre, weight 100 g/sq m. 100% cotton cloth, 30/30 fabric. Cross-cut cotton ribbon edging. Can be dry-cleaned or washed in water at 30°.
"WINTER" DUVET made of non-allergenic siliconed polyester fibre, weight 300 g/sq m. 100% cotton cloth, 30/30 fabric. Cross-cut cotton ribbon edging. Can be dry-cleaned or washed in water at 30°.
"ALL SEASON" DUVET consisting of a "spring" and a "winter" duvet fastened together with snap fasteners. Weight 100 + 250 g/sq m . 100% cotton cloth, 30/30 fabric. Cross-cut cotton ribbon edging including snap fasteners. Can be dry-cleaned or washed in water at 30°.
